Project Overview
34a Woodside Road is a top-floor flat in Ketley, Telford, built between 1976 and 1982 with cavity wall construction. Prior to works, the property had no insulation, no renewable energy, and relied entirely on direct-acting electric heating — resulting in an EPC G rating (SAP 18) and annual energy costs of £2,792.
Under the ECO4 scheme, EmberSol installed a 3.6kW Solar PV system (8 black monocrystalline panels with Fox inverter), Knauf Loft Roll 44 insulation to 300mm, Elnur Gabarron high-retention electric storage heaters, and a DMEV ventilation system.
