Get a QuoteEmberSol was engaged as a specialist sub-contractor to Rubik Builders across a seven-phase Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) programme, delivered on behalf of Tier 1 contractor Wates for Wolverhampton Homes.
The programme covered 400 properties across Wolverhampton and the surrounding Black Country area, including Bilston, Penn, Bushbury, Penn Fields, and Sandwell. Our scope encompassed both loft insulation top-ups to existing partial installations and full virgin loft installations in previously uninsulated properties.
All works were delivered to PAS 2030 standard with full compliance documentation, depth verification photography, and TrustMark-registered quality assurance processes throughout each phase.
